Once upon a time, there was a big windy thing called a wind farm on a faraway island. It was supposed to help make clean energy, but some little birdies and animals lived there too. People were worried about the birds, like the orange-bellied parrot and the Tasmanian devil. So, they made lots of rules to protect them and keep everyone safe.
