Once upon a time, there was a big plan to put lots of windy spinny things on an island called Robbins. The people in charge said, “Yes, you can build them!” after waiting a really long time. These spinny things would help make clean air and power. But there were birdies and little devils living there too, and everyone wanted to make sure they were safe.
